New Student Registration
*A new student is one who has transferred in from another school district.
Returning/Transferring Student Enrollment to Indian Creek ES
All returning students or students who are transferring from another DeKalb County School are required to complete the Virtual Registration Form.
The following must be complete and emailed to the registrar:

Please understand the online process can take 24-72 hours to complete.
Email your withdrawal request AND a picture of your government issued ID to the following: Ms. Nakeisha Bailey (email@example.com)
Withdrawal Request Email Statement:
I, (your name), would like to withdraw my child (your child's name) from Indian Creek ES on (date). He/She will be attending (name of school or name of county she will be in if school is unknown) in Fall 2020.
The registrar will be able to withdraw the child once the email and ID is received and issue an email confirmation. Please allow 24-48 business hours for withdrawal process. Once school starts no withdrawal will be completed without the child's school issued Chromebook being returned or paid for.
Transcript Request/ Enrollment Verification
For transcript requests, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the student's name and the student's date of birth.
