Registration, Enrollment, Withdrawal, and Transcript Information

New Student Registration

*A new student is one who has transferred in from another school district.

  1. Complete the online registration by clicking the link:
  2. You will receive an approval letter within 48-72 hours with a confirmation code.
  3. With the confirmation code, go complete the school registration form.
  4. Email your registration form and confirmation code to:

Returning/Transferring Student Enrollment to Indian Creek ES 

  • Parents/Guardians must contact the child’s school to begin the enrollment process. Contact information is available on each school’s website.

  • Transfer & returning students should not complete a registration application.

The following must be complete and emailed to the registrar:

  1. Complete the online school registration form.
  2. Copy of Photo ID (drivers license, passport etc).
  3. Copy of Proof of Residency: 2 items (lease, deed, mortgage, gas, water or electric bill only) *BILL MUST SHOW A DATE WITHIN THE CURRENT MONTH WITH FULL NAME AND ADDRESS.
  4. Email all documentation to:

Please understand the online process can take 24-72 hours to complete.  

Student Withdrawal 

Email your withdrawal request AND a picture of your government issued ID to the following: Mrs. Tia Jones: 

Withdrawal Request Email Statement:

I, (your name), would like to withdraw my child (your child's name) from Indian Creek ES on (date). He/She will be attending (name of school or name of county she will be in if school is unknown) in Fall 2022-2023. 

The registrar will be able to withdraw the child once the email and ID is received and issue an email confirmation. Please allow 24-48 business hours for withdrawal process. Once school starts no withdrawal will be completed without the child's school issued Chromebook being returned or paid for.

Transcript Request/ Enrollment Verification

For transcript requests, please send an email to 

 with the student's name and the student's date of birth.
